Soil sterilization is a widely used effective way to eliminate crop diseases and insects pests in greenhouse. Steaming soil by the now commonly used methyl bromide or other chemistry pesticides can do great harm to human health and ecological environment in a long time. To solve these problems, a research on sterilizing soil and air by ozone was conducted. Ozone is a strong oxidant and multi-functional gas with great value. It has unique function under gas condition and can be soluted in water forming ozone solution which comes into·OH and O2 All of them can turn harmful substance into carbon dioxide, water and mineral, becoming O2 synchronously. Because of free-pollution, people call it desirable green oxidant used in many fields such as water treatment, industry, agriculture, healthcare service and food industry. Now application of ozone in agriculture is gradually developing.By combining the ozone technology, micro perfusion technology, interdisciplinary knowledge of embedded computer technology, control theory and so on, one device of crop diseases and insects pests prevention with ozone and its control system targeting at the rural greenhouse is designed in this paper, which is featured with high stability and reliability On the base of the temperature and humidity control system, combining the greenhouse micro perfusion technique and ozone generator to form the device of crop diseases and insects pests prevention with ozone and its control system which is generation,efficient and free-pollution. The domestic development of facility agriculture and greenhouse conirol technology is firstly analyzed, and then a proposal of using the high-Power32-bit ARM Processor to build a greenhouse control system with friendly human-machine interface is raised in this paper. And S3C44BOX is selected as MCU of the system. The control can adjust the temperature and humidity in the greenhouse, according to the demand in different growing period in order to achieve best growth for the plant.The basic principle and the using method of the device are discussed in this paper. As for hardware of the device, the facility of the device is chosen and the device structure and circuit of system controller is designed. As for software of the device, design the application software of automatic control system, including the main function, the data acquisition and processing, the serial communication protocol, the human-computer interaction and so on. And the fuzzy PID control is studied based on the characteristics of the environment in greenhouse. Grow vegetables in the same conditions of the two greenhouses with this device and conventional cultivation methods and make comparative study.
