After analysis of the characteristics of the flowers and trees.industry in Wenjiang Region, the author designs and analyzes the overall framework, network, and system workflow of the flowers and trees trade platform, and then puts forward the idea of establishing the five major platforms of F-T trade and show, F-T e-commerce calling, F-T trade certification, F-T industry payment, and F-T trade logistics, as well as the structure models of the five major systems of F-T e-commerce information collection, F-T industry promotion, F-T industry trade standardization, F-T industry credit investment assurance, and F-T government service. In addition, issues such as the security mechanism of the trade platform and data flow are also addressed, with a systematic analysis methodology.This paper gives the execution process of functional modules and core codes partly based on the fundament of modules structure and function description, which of the flowers and trees e-business subsystem. and designs a mobile e-business subsystem based on cell phone and WAP technique, which widened the e-business application range to mobile filed.
