As the carrier of several business networks, transport network becomes the foundation of whole telecom network. So far, With the Approaching of 3G and the demanding of information, the bottleneck problem of transmission bandwidth has seriously impeded the development of data service. So, for all service, especially for 3G, to establish a broadband, a versatilitial and a reliabilitical optical transport network is very important.Now, mobile communication is changing from voice-based narrow-band network to 3G transport network, which mainly contains data transportation, multimedia and wide-band integrated Services. Based on the recent transport network resources, how to build economical network and achieve smooth upgrade of the network are urgent problems.With the optical transmission network and technological development, The gradual maturity of the mainstream, ASON, MSTP, IP OVER WDM and other mainstream technology transfer in the mobile communications industry, networking has been widely applied. This paper, the ASON, MSTP, IP OVER WDM and other characteristics of several major mainstream technology suitable for comparative analysis of the region, MSTP technology focus through the standardization process, MSTP key techniques, using the advantages of MSTP technology, smooth upgrade, as well as 3G network construction, MSTP technology into the advantages of mobile transmission network in terms of smooth upgrading technology to explore. MSTP technology is based on SDH platform, while achieving TDM, ATM, Ethernet and other multi-service access, processing and transmission functions, and provide a unified multi-service metro transmission network management transmission technology. The use of MSTP technology for smooth transmission network upgrades, has excellent compatibility, smooth scalability and better integrated cost-effective, is not a large-scale network under the premise of a new, better technology for upgrading a multi-business supportThis technology through the adoption of MSTP Zhangjiajie Mobile Local Transmission Network for a smooth upgrade program development and practice, confirming that the technology can be widely used in the current mobile industry and the local transport network to meet the full service to smooth the development of transmission network upgrade project construction.In the paper, it introduced the status quo, and studied the trends and bottleneck problem of transport network in Zhangjiajie. First, it simulated optimal network circuit using dynamic algorithm, and get the largest volume of business of current network; second, it established the mathematical linear model, then assessed the ability of current network; finally, it summarized the transport network optimization program of Zhangjiajie.
