With the rapid development of internet and the popularity of computer, the information sharing and the transmission between people is more and more convenient, the user can get the kinds of information conveniently what they want from the internet, however, these users can hardly acquire the real information quickly and accurately which is for themself because of the sharp increase of information. Therefore, the existing knowledge organization and storage form have been unable to satisfy the increasing information requirement of users. Specially, it is more and more difficult for the user to obtain the useful knowledge with the increasing information which is emerging in the knowledge system day by day.The retrieval of existing information systems is base on the traditional method which is based on the keywords in the internet, which is only focus on the single platform and single user groups, while ignores the interoperability and sharing of the information system, then these problems cause the information system to be lack of the function multiplicity, and there is not effective mutual operation among application systems, units and users.In view of the above question, this paper proposed the ontology-based domain knowledge base and semantic retrieval framework (OKB&SR) on the basis of the knowledge representation and intelligent knowledge systems and relevant theories, which is used to solve the knowledge sharing and interoperability. The chief content includes the following four aspects:(1)Proposed the ontology-based domain knowledge base construction and semantic retrieval framework (OKB&SR)The framework is divided into three layers from bottom to top:data layer, ontology integration layer and application layer. Data layer is the basis of ontology integration layer, and determines the knowledge source what the ontology need, and then the domain ontology is constructed by protege after processing and arrangement of the knowledge source, this paper takes the mobile domain as the example to construct ontology base; ontology integration layer implements the semantic integration between the distribution and heterogeneous ontologies, and ontology mapping is the necessary sub-process of semantic integration, and the multiple iterations the of process of the ontology integration could improve the quality of integration; application layer provides the services of application interface on the basis of the shared and reusable knowledge base, which is made up of data layer and ontology integration layer.(2)Construction of the mobile ontology and the method study of retrieval with reasoning The data layer of the framework is mainly the construction of ontology base. The knowledge source of the ontology comes from the paper data or electronic data, and the domain ontology could be constructed in the basis of the selected knowledge source by the protege, and the research based on the SPARQL and the reasoning retrieval of rules on the constructed ontology, can enhances the retrieval range and expands its recall.(3)On configuration of mutil-parameter and reasoning for ontology mappingOntology integration is focus on ontology mapping, this paper proposes the ontology Mapping infrastructure based on Intension and Extension because the existing ontology mapping is lack of semantics support, and implements the rule-based semantic reasoning, the experiment shows that recall and F-Measure has better values compared with the SOBOM and Lily.(4)Implemented the mobile knowledge base system based on ontologyAccording to the proposed ontology-based domain knowledge base construction and semantic retrieval framework, this paper implemented the mobile knowledge base system which is MVC mode and B/S architecture through Jsp, servlet and javabean.In conclusion, for mobile domain, this paper proposed an ontology-based domain knowledge base and semantic retrieval framework, and focused on these technology, including the semantics mapping problem of multi-source ontologies, similarity calculation between the concepts, manual weight distribution with reasoning and so on, and implemented high recall of semantics mapping, and finally implemented the mobile knowledge base system with the B/S architecture.
