Application And Improvement Of TV Live Subtitles Technology

With the unceasingly development of computer technology and the Live television technology, the CG technology also obtains more and more attention as the essentially important part of the Live television technology。The online graphics packing technique takes to the people its powerful visual shock by its high-performance real-time 3D graphics rendering capacity and gorgeous 3D effects. Today, the online graphics packing technique has met the demanding requirements in various broadcast programs and become more and more wildly used.In recent years, as the professional development with the TV channel, shaping easily identifiable logo about TV channel, demonstrating the unique brand personality has became the important means to attract attention of TV viewers. In this case, the idea of TV channel package has been proposed.TV channel package has been put to use in QLTV and a professional TV channel package studio has been established in QLTV. This professional TV channel package studio has designed and fabricated a Channel Identification System (including leader for television program, channel Logo, scroll subtitles, weather forecast, real time clock and other subscript) which conforms to the brand image of QLTV. But according to a great deal of practical work experience in QLTV and a lot of research, analysis and comparison, the author still finds out some deficiencies. These deficiencies include the following issues : Broadcast task of broadcasting centre for channel Logo and other subscript becomes more and more difficult, the original character generator mostly used for programming purposes designed,work in the single way of production and broadcast one. In face of the difficult Broadcast task, the original character generator is powerless. In addition, as the limitations of the original character generator, the existing subscripts present as 2D approach, and its visual shock and effects need to be improved.At first, this paper discusses the live television technology and its related principles and development process from a theoretical view, compares and analyzes the differences and relations about the original subtitles technology and online graphics packing technology, rlats technological implications and applications. In the Second, in base of the analysis of construction requirements of channel package system for QLTV, this paper proposes the overall design of channel package system for QLTV, details its network architecture, hardware and software selection and the use and management about the modules especially from the perspective of software users. Finally, this paper develops a security plan and contingency plan for this system.In actual use, this system runs stable, saves a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, and brings immeasurable economic benefits.
