With the rapid development of computer technology, people's demand for GIS spatial data is growing increasingly and many organizations successively have established respective GIS system which gathered and saved the massive spatial data. But at present these systems mostly are isolate mutually because of the variety of GIS data formats and differences among the GIS data formats adopted by many GIS platforms. They do not blend mutually. The spatial data cannot share directly, which forms a each one 'isolated information island', results in the waste of resources seriously. At the same time the massive spatial data distributed in each department also proposed for us in the data renewal and maintenance. In the spatial information synthesis integration demand, we needs to establish a spatial data integration system which realizes the spatial data integration. This paper researches on GIS data integration on the base of introducing spatial data and analysis of current methods about integrating and managing GIS data. It combines GIS technology with data exchange center, puts forward a base GIS data integration system architecture based on Data turbo and designs the system's demand and functions. This paper implements most funtions of the system by using GeoTools which is an opensource software and an interface based on GeoTools for calling from other programs. |
