With the constant improvement of modern control theory and micro-computer technology continues to evolve, micro-computers have been widely applied to various control systems. In which polar-orbiting meteorological satellite antenna tracking control technology from the previous manual tracking to today's automatic tracking, in the meteorological field in the rapid development of polar-orbiting weather satellites, scanning radiometer scanning accuracy and number of channels have been greatly improved, How to accurately track the weather satellite signals to ensure the integrity of meteorological satellite cloud map receiving antenna receiver is the control system put forward higher requirements.In this paper, a kind of polar-orbiting meteorological satellite receiving operation control system design ideas and implementation process, guarantee the basic performance of the system, based on meteorological satellite receiving system as much as possible to reduce the cost, thereby achieving savings and diffusion of purpose. On this basis, the article in order to polar-orbiting meteorological satellite antenna automatic tracking system as the research object, in the right equipment, programs based on the analysis, presents a program to track and step tracking a combination of satellite tracking mode. Satellite tracking principle is the basis for the entire system development, software design in addition to taking into account the attitude of satellite receiving antenna adjustment and control, but also taking into account different satellite reception time between the conflicts. This article describes the polar-orbiting meteorological satellite orbit model, and on this basis, the data on the testing and tracking simulations.In order to make the system convenient and practical, the system uses an object-oriented development language Visual Basic development environment to realize the system's user interface development with the orbital calculation preparation. This paper details the polar-orbiting meteorological satellite receiving the control software design process, and gives some functions to achieve the specific ways and ideas. lie in the following aspects:1, through the RS232 serial port enables the antenna to the antenna servo control unit computer data transmission, as well as GPS time sources of time through the serial port on the computer calibration.2, based on the theory of satellite orbits, Kepler's model and the resulting track forecasting.3, task scheduling management, implementation and controlled mode of flow.4, the antenna automatic tracking and related software design. Practice has proved that, the program combines tracking and tracing step tracking method is effective, the development of this software for our new generation of polar-orbiting meteorological satellites automation software design and a better human-machine interaction provided some useful help, has a certain value engineering.
