As E-commerce developing diversified, the traditional operating philosophy constantly being expanded and deepened, as well as the development of computer technology to provide a solid backing, an increasing number of enterprises have a more advanced e-business marketing ideas.The current network and the rapid development of communication technology and greatly improve the performance of embedded processors for network video business platform provides a solid technical support. Network towards the consumer video applications is growing, so the network video business faces a broad market prospect. The local famous video website Youku and Taobao website joined to launch "Video Shopping "services, but it was not on the Taobao platform to achieve this service. Based on the above background, this paper proposes to apply network-camera to the traditional business platforms, to analysis and design the online camera commerce platform, and prospective study has not formed a network video business model theory, provide a base theoretical study for the future network camera-based business development.First of all, according to the development of macro factors and the direction of the investigation of the e-commerce platform, to put forward network-camera commerce platform (or called visible commerce platform), and analysis of the needs and capabilities of this platform. On this basis, Network camera hardware technology, software technology, database technology and middleware technology as the core, combine effectively the advanced embedded technology, streaming media technology with network communications to analysis and design suitable for large, medium and small enterprises Network-camera business platform system framework. Through the application of network video presentations, this is to provide the feasibility of the operating of the network-camera commerce platform.Secondly, this paper focuses on the analysis of not fashioned network-camera business mode. Based on these theories, the thesis gives the definition of network-camera commerce, puts forward the visible commerce value chain model consisting of two dimensions and six core activities, and then analyzes six types of visible commerce participators. According to corporations'activity features in value chain, and based on the analysis of value activities, the thesis puts forward the structural model of visible-commerce model and expounds the structural factors and environment.Thirdly, furthermore, through the e3-value structure analysis tool to simulate the value of the newly visible platform business mode preferred before, to demonstrate that the network camera-based commerce can work and it is feasible with certain economic benefits.Finally, the conclusions of the current research and suggestions for the future focus on this topic are summarized.
