Analysis And Design Of Normalized System For Wireless Network Optimization

As the rapid development of the digital mobile communication market and the intensified competition between the mobile operators, quality of the wireless network is being paid unprecedented attention. Since the constant expansion of wireless network and new technologies has brought more and more workload, forming an normalized mechanism, which is accurate and quick to find network problems, can fast to respond to consumer complaints and can be used to constantly improve the wireless network quality, becomes an important issue in front of the network maintanance department.Aimed at the problems in the network, this paper discussed the optimization methods for wireless network. Firstly, it analyzed the optimization needs of daily work based on in-depth study of the theoretical basis for GSM optimization, signaling processes, parameter optimization, frequency optimization. Then, it designed a "Normalized System for Wireless Network Optimization". After that, detailed design for important modules of the normalized system is presented.Network optimization involves network planning, system capacity design, network quality analysis, network fault analysis and processing, network performance abnormal analysis, complaint handling and many other work that involves a lot of data analysis and expertise accumulated experience. "Normalized System for Wireless Network Optimization" consists of five parts:KPI monitor, network parameter distribution anaylize,daily performace analyze,alarm analyze and half-rate automatic adjustment. The normalized system closely links up optimization theory with daily network maintenance and optimization. By data mining, multi-dimentional database, interactive and intelligent error identification techniques to achieve a great deal of the daily work of intelligence and automation. It has become a important means of daily optimization in HuNan Mobile.
