Along with the advancement of Internet, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the informatization based on such technology. As the advantage of open source, cross-platform, and easy to use, Java is becoming more and more popular for developing such systems. JavaEE is the enterprise edition of Java, but the direct use of JavaEE API are still facing some difficulties. Facing these problems, many open source frameworks are developed at home and abroad in order to simplify the system development based on JavaEE. But these frameworks are still a lack of more representational output in terms of business system. They simplifies the work of developers, but In the face of more specific business functionality, developers still have a lot of work have to do.In order to simplify more work of programmer, this thesis studied some common small projects. By extracting and implement some common features and operation, this thesis finally developed a universal development platform for small project with simple right control. By integrating some open source framework (Spring, struts2, Hibernate),this platform based on JavaEE is actually a generic solution for small project. This platform will provide a large number of built-in service, such as user management, organization management, role management, rights allocation, task scheduling management, full text search support, etc. These functions are often seen in the project. Using this platform, developers do not need to implement these functions. Through a simple API call programmers can use them, the ultimate goal of this platform is convenient for developers to quickly build a new system.The platform of this thesis aims at helping small enterprises to develop their system with simple business logic rapidly. It can help enterprises to avoid writing the same code over and over again. The test result shows that at least50%of the project development workload can be saved by adopting our approach. And the stability of the platform itself also can make the referencing system more stable than without. Eventually the maintenance costs of enterprises will be reduced.
