Rural informatization is the important aspect in overall national economy and social informatization. It is using the media techniques to equip rural related field in order to exploit the information resources completely in rural areas, speed up the processors of rural economic development and social progress, and make agricultural society stepping into informational society. Xiamen is one of the four first reform and opening-up policy cities in China.
