With the development of information technology in the rural area, the rate of the networkcoverage in the rural area has been increased rapidly. By the end of The Twelfth Five-YearGuideline, the ratio of broad-band access throughout administrative villages will raise to95%.In comprehensive consideration of the popularization of wireless terminal and smart phones,network in the rural area has been entered a new phase. But the shortage of software for ruralinformationization service has become the main factor to restrict the development ofinformation technology in the rural area. This thesis is to design an E-commence platformaiming at characteristic rural business mode and network distinct trait.In order to increase the practicality of chain information interaction platform for black landin the rural areas, on the basis of rural public information service provided by formal websiteof rural information chain interaction site and rural business information service, the onlineshopping mall of information chain interaction site in black land shall be developed as toallow peasant group who still locate in different levels of rural economic developmentparticipate in business interaction equally and satisfy the demand of transaction for themajority of famers, who are able to fulfill network information sharing including all thegroups of agriculture-related information irrespective of geography, urban or rural. The thesisis focus on systematically analyzing the main feature, research subject and requirement ofonline business, detailed stating the layout and fulfillment process of the online mall inline with design idea of software engineering, combining overall style for completion ofvarious user interfaces, achieving part of functions such as representative membermanagement as well as commodity management and advertising management, designinghumane operational process of back ground management system which is easy and practicalto manage and modify and operate. Processing part of unit and function testing is to ensurethe feasibility of the system.Do summary and application to existing theory with design mind. In respect of the contentdesign on the website: Insisting the principle of information first, organizing the structure ofcontent reasonably with information update mechanism, ensuring the new accurateprofessional information from the point of the view on design and standardized operation; Increasing visitors’ access speed in line with the principle of “three times clicks” bymodifying the demands on hardware and software environment. In respect of implement:pursuing well interactive and perfect help function, establishing clear and transparent usertransaction system, thus to design a terminal interface with strong interaction and conveniencefor user access. In respect of the design of information structure of the website: includingplanning whole subject, style, creative design, layout of content combining arrangement,rationalization set of site column, navigation design, connection design as well as websitevisual design.In order to fulfill preferable function of E-commence platform, simulate business mode ofgeneral commodity, the system is divided into two modules. There are front function moduleseparately consisting of product display, purchase, distribute, personal informationmanagement, online Q&A as well as website map and background admin module individuallyinvolving product, order, payment, logistic, users and feedback.Simple and direct style for the overall layout shall be chosen in the light of personnelcharacteristic of terminal customers. Developed ASP programming environment combiningSQL data base, JSP script language and CSS style sheet shall be used with HTML hypertexttechnique for the wide consideration of system compatibility and network speed compatibility,thus the simple, smooth and practical website software has been achieved ultimately.Throughout the research of this thesis, the overall function of chain information interactionplatform of black land in the rural areas shall be improved further, which shall form aintegrated interactive system for farmers and government, agribusiness as well as agriculturemarket and so on. Currently, an amount of619pilots of this system have been settled down inJiaohe and Ji’an of Jilin province with the radiation range of80000peasant household. In thiswebsite, the amount of famers who participate in directly reach up to ten thousand, and whouse network query reach to fifty thousand.
