With the development of the Internet, extensive application of multimedia technology, In particular video transmission technology matures, cable video transmission systems have been used in a large number of important regional or remote locations to monitor and control, and at the same time, It have also been more and more widely used in electric power systems, telecommunications room, factories, urban transportation, water systems and Community policing and so on. However, Wireless video communication technology has gradually become one of Highlights of Social needs, which based on the existing cable video transmission flexibility and mobility of the shortcomings.The study of this topic is the specific equipment of wireless video transmission system in the 340MHz frequency band.The work focus on the completion of the wireless transceivers and baseband circuit board design, implementation, and related testing and evaluation and so on. The technical difficulty of the subject is the RF transceiver in the design of linear power amplifier and baseband circuit transceiver link design. With continuous experiments testing and program amendments, the results achieved the design of indicators which this topic raised, and ultimately made the the terminal prototype wireless video transmission system.The structure of this paper is mainly divided into five parts. The first part focuses on the important advantages and typical applications in wireless video transmission system. The second part introducts some of the major wireless video transmission system-related technologies, in particular details of the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing and RF transceiver design theory. The third part is elucidating the structure and framework of the overall design about the system physical hardware. The fourth part focuses on how to achieve the 340MHz band transceiver and baseband circuit processes. The fifth part introduces specific testing and performance evaluation with related software after the system hardware implementation.
