With the gradual evolution of mobile communication to the 3G network, the enhancement of Mobile terminal function, the richness of content of business applications, services such as mobile TV, media on-demand,which Integration of voice, text, images, video and other forms content, will become the development trend of mobile value-added services,so is the positively project,such as IVVR (Interactive Voice and Video Response) project of China Unicom.Its'prominent feature is the powerful video capabilities. The interfaces of video services platform is streaming media.In 3G era which is video-based, streaming media capabilities will become an important component of media services.Current NCSP(Next Core Service Platform) platforms, media servers, EBMS (EB Media Server)system is unable to communicate and streaming media servers are not equipped to. provide streaming media services. Research based on RTSP(RealTime Streaming Protocol) streaming media server and EBMS achieved on the basis of this feature, will greatly enhance the media capabilities of NCSP platform and stronger support of value-added services for the 3G era.This text do research and implementation of media server realtime streaming function based of RTSPChapter 1 is an introduction of the background and this research purpose.Chapter 2 describes the relevant technology, given the concept of streaming media, play mode, business classification and details of streaming media-related protocol such as RTP(Realtime Transport Protocol),RTCP(Realtime Control Protocol),SDP(Session Describe Protocal), which is the guidelines of design and development of streaming media capabilities to follow the guidelines.Chapter 3 describes the EBMS media server. first of all,a brief EBMS media server and its location in NCSP platform, and then describes the structure of EBMS by hree subsystems, the last show EBMS the functional view as well as deployment.Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 is the focus of this article were about the streaming media function design and implementation in IMS and 3G. network.Chapter 4 first brief EBMS existing media in the IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem)network capacity,analysis what still to be done to implement the fuction,and then clarify the RTSPclient modules function, RTSPclient module design and implementation methods, and introduces of the main function of two core classes TRTSPModule, TRTSPClient; and then explain the steps required to build the media channels. Finally a complete IMS network, streaming media services business processes.Chapter 5 introduces important protocols in the 3G network, NbUP and 3G-324M, which are rules of 3G terminal access EBMS,then describes the design network of 3G streaming media services, Indicating implement of 3G network IVR Media Service, and then tells the 3G network and IMS network media interoperability methods; Finally the 3G network streaming media services, the detailed process.Chapter 6 gives an instance of a streaming media service using streaming media technology to build a value-added services, beyond the traditional model of business development, build a new business platform with the combination of NCSP and 3G Builder. Introduce 3G Builder features and interfaces to external entities, indicates the services form of NCSP and 3G Builder, the composition of the entire platform, and finally explain the complete business processes.Chapter 7, the current progress and further work,make a summary on the current progress of work, and the future prospects of the work needed.
