Nowadays, the rapid progress of telecommunication service accelerates the development of telecommunication propagation service. Especially, prompted by the functional development of mobile phone, short message is no longer only text message,.Colorful picture and music can be tranceived as anthore kind of short message.These kind of shortmessage, on the one hand,provide convient and effective means of abtain information, on the other hand, furthermore, it provides a new increasing point of service for the telecommunication enterprises.Under the precondition of the introduction of propagation service of Unicom company, we complete the demand analysing, the database designing and the systematical platform designing while we introduce the SGIP protocol and the socket corresponding rules in brief and introduce the system designed by means of the C++ development tool in detail.Finally,we simulate the realization of the system.The main work and achievement are as follows:1,We analyse the theory of the usual short message system and the main techniques used by the mobile propagation services.2,We complete the analysing of the demand,the designing of the database and the designing of SP short message service system.3,We realized the SP short message service system.
