With the aging of society, as well as empty-nesters to highlight the increasing number of families, all kinds of unexpected cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become a threat to the lives of the most important reasons.If early detection and early treatment, most patients can be out of danger. Therefore, it is no longer just satisfied only go to the hospital in order to understand their own health status, but at any time, any place, even without the doctor's cases, be able to know their health status.This system consists of three components:heart-protecting vest, ECG terminal and data center. The user wears the vest, and then pastes ECG electrodes on the chest,and fixes ECG terminal to the vest. ECG terminal real-timely samples ECG signals and take advantage of QRS wave complex detection algorithm to analyze and process the collected ECG data, by smoothing, slope, amplitude, RR intervals,and so on. According to the results of analysis, respectively alarm, store, call, transmit and tips and other means to reflect the user's current status of heart activity. Unusual conditions in the heart of the case, the terminal will transmit the user's data, including heart rate, ECG and so on, through GPRS network, to data central at which all users' data are processed. Meanwhile, the terminal will send SMS to relatives or friends.Once receiving the data, data center will immediately notify the medical staff, while locating the user, in order to facilitate medical staff to find the user and to take relevant measures.In the paper it mainly describes the design of ECG monitoring and implementation of the terminal.Advantage of the present GPRS network which has the most mature and the most extensive coverage in China, using the popular ARM7 microprocessor, andμC/OS-Ⅱembedded operating system as a development platform, it designed a QRS complex detection algorithm for embedded platforms and completed bootcode booting preparation,μC/OS-Ⅱtransplant as well as the application design and implementation.
