Now, there are more and more multimedia applications on mobile. The thing that people pay more attention to is how to enrich the multimedia applications like image applications without wasting the limited resources on mobile phone. People want to have an application to organize, share and manage the images on the cellphone. And now, some image websites under B/S (Browser/Server) framework and some image management applications under C/S (Client/Server) framework are trying to provide applications to handle images, but sometimes people who are traveling may don't want to check and share his images through the browser. And at the same time, he wants to get some interesting images from Internet. Because of that, the topic in this paper is to raise a scheme to organize the image in multidimensional ways on sever side under C/S framework. This scheme will organize images by their different tags, and then build five dimensions which are time dimension, location dimension, event dimension, SNS dimension and emotion dimension. And we also provide another function named Hyper-photo-link to search by images.The paper first introduces and analyzes the actuality of image application researches, like some main image websites and some local image management applications. And then the target and meaning of this paper will be explained. Next, we will introduce the main technologys which we will use during the research and implementation of the scheme. The technologys include RESTful, Restlet, K-means algorithms to cluster images and so on. Then we introduce system framework of the image organization and management in mobile environment and the image storing and tagging method to help to implement the scheme. And next, we detailedly explain the design of multidimensional album and Hyper-photo-link as well as their implementations. And last, our concluding remarks will be gained by demonstrating the system at the end of the paper.
