Fot National Pearl and Pearl Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center,the construction of Pearl identification information management and anti fake system is to significantly improve the level of enterprise informatization,so that it can promote the service and market competitiveness in the information society.At the same time,the system can gurify the southen pearl market,fight against counterfeit pearls and play a positrve role in sufe rarding the interests of consumers.First in the process of building the system,is to conduct research on user site,and to understand the user's existing problems and the expectations of the new system.The coming step is to conduct the user needs survey,collect the original needs of users,and then use UML cary on the demand analysis,the purpose of this is Making the user need to become clear,complete system requirements specification.When designing the system architecture,the system is divided into three layers according to the J2EE specification,and the presentation(?)is responsible for the user information display,which is designed by the HTML+Extjs The middle layer is responsible for the implementation of user business logic,using(?)Spring+Hibernate framework to achieve.Data storage layer is responsible for(?)and providing data,which is using MySQL database.In order to improve the(?)biliay and extensibility of the system,the middle layer is divided into Web layer,(?)ness logic layer,data access layer and data persistence layer.The detailed design of the(?)is divided into user interface design,database design and module design.The user(?)design is carried out according to the steps of prototype creation,prototype evaluarion and prototype refinement.Database design is divided into database lgic design,uble design and security design.The module design is also divided into module interface andattribute design,and module data structure and algorithm design.In the implementation of the system,the system is achieved by Java Technology according to the hierarchical design.The calling of label printer and camera control are two key modules in system,which described in detail respectively in this paper.The control mode of the label printer is calling the bottom interface of the printer,the program language of the printer is EZPL,provided by the manufacturer.The camera control uses DirectShow technology to achieve and packaged into Com components.During the testing phase,the test work is divided into four steps:unit testing,integration testing,validation testing and system testing,each of which has its own focus.Because the development of the system follows the CMMI-3 level,the development of the whole project has not exceeded the constrained expectations.System cost control,schedule control and the quality of the system all has reached the requirements of the pre.Now the system is running well and the user evaluation is very high.
