As long as the Post Integration Network settle down and development of Internet Technology, The number of information system in the Post Office rapidly grows up. The operational ways we are using, such as manual work, by phone and by fax etc, can not fulfill the requirements to maintain current information system. Meanwhile, there are more requests to improve efficiency and diversity within public service field as more competitors. It definitely improves the China Post's market share and profit by using the efficient operation and maintenance system.We need to realize informationlization, scientificity, standardization and simplify system procedure, reduce handling duration and improve speed. Therefore we can get improvement on working efficiency and economic profit. At the same time, the organization requirements are fulfilled and can increase competitive capacity.The thesis introduces design objective, functionalities, technical architecture of the Gan Su Province Post Integration Network Operation and Maintenance System. The current system design and implementation are analyzed based on reality. The author, who worked as one of the project members, made the intuitionistic and efficient operation and maintenance system based on current system situation. The main parts included in the thesis are system architecture design, software architecture, system network structure, data collection, interface analysis and implementation plan etc.
