Design And Implementation Of The Diagram Volume System For International (HK-Macau-Taiwan) Export Postal Network

The postal communication between our country and the world is now undergoing a rapid development. As a result, international postal communication staff must be able to manage all kinds of import-export mail-sending routing efficiently and to check its data promptly, in order to speed up the process of the mail-sending and improve the social effects and economic returns of the international as well as Hong Kong-Macau-Taiwan's postal business. Taking that into consideration, it is definitely important to develop the diagram volume system for mail's sending network specially directing to the international mail-sending network.This paper analyses the business requirements of the international diagram volume system for mail's sending network, which includes both the aviation routing management and the water routing management. Based on GIS technique, this paper deals with the design, development and implementation of the above-mentioned system (the international diagram volume system for mail's sending network) , and explains some major problems about it by making use of the tools such as MapInfo, MapBasic, Delphi and etc.Three main parts of this paper:Firstly, there is an analysis relating to the postal business of the international mail-sending rout, and also the description and analysis about the requirements of the international diagram volume system for mail's sending network.Secondly, according to the above analyses, the paper contains an overall layout for the international diagram volume system for mail's sending network in detail, and states the main processing technique.Thirdly, the implementation method and process of the major patterns in this system are also discussed in this paper.Five tasks of this paper:1.
