The fresh air system can exchange the outdoor and indoor air, ensure that the indoor air ventilation to improve room air quality. The temperature will be different large between indoor and outdoor when used air-conditioning, especially in the winter, the outside fresh air which is lower temperature was directly sent into the room will significantly bring down the indoor temperature, but also to create a great load of air conditioning systems. A fresh air system with a preheat function can provide comfortable temperature of fresh air to keep the indoor temperature at the same time to achieve energy-saving purposes.In this paper, according to the monitoring needs of the fresh air system, build a fresh air control system test platform. Based on the temperature data of a large number of experiments, make a detailed summary of the fresh air system operating mode and structural characteristics. Then completed the overall design of embedded monitoring and control system, established the system's hardware. The system's master control node, based on SmartARM2300 embedded development platform for 32-bit ARM embedded processor and embedded real time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱ. Other nodes used iCAN modules,such as iCAN-4017 for the completion of pressure and temperature sensor data acquisition, iCAN-5502 completion of the temperature sensor data acquisition, iCAN-4055 is used to control electric valve's state, iCAN-4210 is used to control electric control valve opening and input voltage of the Inverter. Finally, describes software design and realization methods of the fresh air measurement and control system, through the use of embedded development platform project templates to achieve theμC/OS-Ⅱoperating system's transplant, as well as completed the establishment of multi-task and operation based on the platform, including the CAN network communication, liquid crystal display output and the data save, gives the basic steps of achieve the classical fuzzy controller, and eventually applied in practice.At last summarized the full text, given further study and made follow-up prospects.
