With the advance of modern grouting project, it is expected to provide the higher effective that an automatic grouting control system. The automatic grouting control system is composed by sensor, controller, bump and valve. The pressure and flow rate of grouting hole is adjusted thought changing the rotary speed of bump and area of valve. Due to coupling relationship between pressure and flow rate, it is hardly to control stable pressure and flow rate separately. This paper provides a new type automatic grouting system's hardware architecture and control arithmetic according to the state's grouting standard.The main content of the paper is:In chapter 1, the basic work principles of automatic grouting system and its application in modern industry are introduced. Then the background of the control system is introduced. The current research state of the automatic grouting system nationally and internationally is summarized. Finally, the main research objects are proposed for the dissertation.In chapter 2, the total design of a high performance automatic grouting system is presented. The system is composed by a sensor subsystem, a controller, bump and valve. Then, the working principles of sensor subsystem, control system and transport system are analyzed.In chapter 3, the pressure sensor is researched. Due to characteristic of grouting ash, the pressure sensor is easily mangled. So two type differently pressure sensor are designed to provide stable pressure signal for automatic grouting system.In chapter 4, the control arithmetic for the automatic grouting system is analyzed. Because of the coupling relationship between pressure and flow rate, it is hardy to control the two parameters separately during grouting. On the base of fuzzy PID arithmetic, a proper control arithmetic is presented.In chapter 5, a hardware platform for the automatic grouting system is developed. The hardware system is divided into two parts, one part ,namely main controller, is built around the mcf5216, a high performance micro processor from motolora company, the other provide human-machine interface.In chapter 6, the system is tested and the research work is summarized. Perspectives on the future are presented.
