In order to test and evaluate the XXX anti-tank missile, a missile-target hard ware-in-the-loop simulating system(MTSS) which is used for simulating the 2D motion of missile in the field of view goniometer was developed. The simulating system was based on the embedded chip technology of advanced RISC machines(ARM). The system has the characteristics of high integration, high reliability, high speed and high precision.Firstly based on the ARM+MCX314 dual CPU architecture, the hardware module of motion control system of MTSS was designed and achieved. At the same time, we solved transferring problem of the open source realtime operating systemμC / OS-II and analyzed the performance of the realtime operating system. Secondly, we designed the control law of servo control system of MTSS. Based on the established dynamic model of permant magnet synchronous linear motor, the velocity and position control of servo control system were researched and the highly velocity and position control precision were achieved. For velocity-loop control, we adopted the fuzzy control method to improve the reponse performance. For position-loop control, the method which combined disturbance obsever feedback with iterative learning algorithm feedforward was used to reduce the disturbance influence. At last, we made an experiment research on the designed system. The experiment results showed that the system performance met the design requirements.
