Siemens IP DSLAM Operates In Broadband Network

This thesis began with the introduction of new broadband network technology, studied the new access models of the broadband. Thesis introduced the implement of Siemens IP DSLAM system. This research focused the design and implement of Jinan Unicom project in Shandong province, reached the expected goal.The solution included endpoint equipment DSLAM, customer point equipment CPE and network management software ACI. The access equipment model is Hix5600 series. The solution made it possible that management the operations and integrated implementation through united flat by using the Siemens perfect access system and strongly management software. It met all the requirements of SOHO and commercial customer or residential need. The "Triple Play" (Voice, data and video) was implemented in the provider network. The research discussed the new operation mode and profit, provided end to end broadband access solution based on DSL architecture to Jinan Unicom customer.
