With the rapid development of the information, it is more and more distinct that people depend on the improvement of information and information security。People run enormous risk caused by the loss of data while they are enjoying the convenience brought by the information,so it is very important to prevent the loss of data in computer. Once important data were damaged or lost, it will results in irreparable loss on the daily production in enterprises. The questions discussed are How to protect these important data from being damaged and lost ,and prevent the confidential data from being filched.The so-called data recovery is a data disaster rescue when the data which didn't adopt the protection counter loss and damage。This paper mainly discusse the disk structure aiming at different file storage system for the different methods to operate. Concretely, the principal tasks are as follows:(1) Design the Windows operating platform of the data recovery system on the basis of reading a lot of reference material and analyzing FAT32\NTFS file system and principle about data storage of the magnetic disk.(2) Design and implement the delete and restor data functions,which can restore and delete the data that stored in the common file, such as FAT32 and NTFS.(3)Design and implement a disk format recovery method, which can rescue the useful data to the utmost when the system structure is entire damaged and removed .(4) Design and realize the recovery techniques which can support the long distance operation,namely,the non-localization data recovery. The method has great advantages on saving time and reducing cost.(5) Design and implement the security of the data destruction, the confidential data can be deleted safely and not easily leak.
