With the rapid development of information technology and the popularity of theInternet, people’s work mode from all walks of life has undergone earth-shakingchanges. Integrated network education, management platform have widely applied inschools. Even so, it is still a difficult and important task that how to working closelywith school’s own realities and arranges the courses reasonably by using PC.Now, the main idea of this course arrangement system and achievements aredescribed as follows:First of all, this paper studied on teaching programs and curriculums in foreignlanguage college, working closely with existing teach resources, applying the GreedyAlgorithm into the system, determined two relative dynamic factors: course and teacher,then got an optimization combination about them.Secondly, scheduling process is a large quantity of data calculation process, sothe system of hardware equipment demand is high, and the execution efficiency is notideal, and the scheduling process deadlock and bottleneck problem with schedulingincreases as the magnitude of growth. In order to solve this problem, the system realizesthe batch scheduling approach, i.e. to direction, grade is the smallest class schedulingunit for course scheduling, effectively improve the course scheduling executionefficiency, reduce the deadlock and bottleneck phenomenon.Finally, the system has the advantage of flexibility to achieve academic unit on allcourse scheduling element of different specific requirements; database design iscurrently on the market using the other row of class system, makes the schedule in themanual transfer classes, query and update efficiency higher, more human interface.
