| With the rapid development of mobile communications, mobile communications business is no longer limited to provide voice communication. Various data communication services are gradually prospering. Voice services are placed by SMS which is becoming the most primary way of contact. Thus, much important personal financial information, such as bank account numbers, passwords, etc. as well as some private information is transmitted via SMS. At present, the information is under security threat because of the weakness of mobile communication network security.This paper researched the basic network structure of SMS system and analyzed security threats of this system. SMS security is weak and the data processing ability of mobile station is low. A systematic solution to resolve end-to-end SMS system security was proposed based on the features of SMS. The main achievements of this paper are:1. A SMS end-to-end encrypted system which consists of smart mobile terminal, key management system and security SD card was proposed in this paper. SMS security between terminal and terminal was guaranteed through secure data transmission among three components.2. This paper designs the client software in smart mobile terminal of the system. Functions including sending cipher text message,receiving cipher text message and reading text message securely were implemented in the software. Besides, the client can communicate with key management system. 3. The mechanism and right management of key management system were implemented. Data encapsulation formats and communication protocol between mobile terminal and key management system were designed and implemented in this paper. This protocol resolves the problem that key updating between mobile terminal and key management. It also resolves the problem of message transmission.4. The interface is designed to implement security data transmission between mobile station and SD card. |
