With the large-scale application of3G technology,3G smart card becomes an effective platform for business development, so the demand for smart cards will increase substantially. SIM card has already led the telecommunication step into a new era.SIM card is the chips that embed with Microprocessor,which let SIM card possess the high level security and high-density integration feature.And all security data belonging to subscriber could be stored in SIM card.Alone with increasing demand of high level security in telecommunication,SIM card already became the indispensable part in Telecommunication. In3G era, mobile phone users can do various kinds of banking or financial business by SIM card. They can also do mobile payment, bank transfer, electronic shopping, electronic purse, and so on, which is much more convenient for users’daily life.OTA is a way to deploy OTA applicationgs and command from OTA server to SIM card through wireless GSM network.It is base on C/S structure,one side is the OTA server,and another side is SIM card,and it doesn’t require mobile service provider delivery new card to end user.It is realize by STK and PPSMS.OTA server should delivery application to mobile user by data-binding SMS,and after ME receive SMS,ME weill transparently transport data to SIM card. SIM card also could receive special service SMS from server,download new applications,etc.This dissertation’s goal is to construct the OTA OS base on SIM card, and it must strictly consistent with GSM Standard and OTA specification.GSM Kernel mainly implements the File System management,GSM channel transactions,security management,ect. OTA kernel mainly implements the OTA MO&MT transactions,OTA security management.OTA brand management.This OS is base on SAMSUNG S3C9N9chip.In this chip,many basic system API such as Clock,I/O,and RAM access already been deposit in it.OTA OS base on JavaCard and JavaGSM framework.Since the chip is SAMSUNG company product S3C9N9,we develop OS code by CalmShinel6IDE,which is the develop IDE for SAMSUNG emebed system.CalmShine could Debug,compile and link.We choose VC++as the GUI tools for OS build.We choose Jbuilder9to develop high level Application.C mainly use to develop file management,the module of data transportation,security validation and space management.JAVA2mainly use for develop high level OTA system.
