| CDR (Call Detail Records) collection module, which is responsible for collecting CDR in the billing switches, is the key sub-module of the telecommunications billing system. If the original data collection is not reliable, it will be impossible to calculate bill reliably based on it. Therefore, the accuracy, integrity and stability of CDR collection should meet exact requirements and must be increased as much as possible.There are a lot of papers about the usability and accuracy of CDR collection. The system of CDR collection is researched from different perspective and is implemented in the actual project. The existing systems focus on the research of the usability and accuracy of CDR collection but the accuracy, integrity, stability and real time monitoring of CDR collection need further research. The real time monitoring of CDR collection is monitoring the exception of CDR collection and the CDR meeting certain conditions. It can supplement and improve the module of CDR collection.This paper proposes a comprehensive research of the accuracy, integrity, stability and real time monitoring of CDR collection and a module of CDR collection possessing the real time monitoring function. The module has been implemented in a billing system. Through the operation of the system, it shows that the module proposed in this paper can ensure the accuracy, integrity and stability of CDR collection and can monitor the CDR collection efficiently. |
