Design And Implementation Of The Name And Address Maintain System Of China Post Group

This paper is based on the actual work contributed by the author in the project of name and address information maintain system. It mainly describes aspects of system such as requirements, rough and detailed design, test,technology and actual utilization of the system.As China post information construction is improving, more post information system requires better name and address information. Such as newspapers and periodicals information system, sorting code information system ,business letters information system, philately information and so on .In order to maintain name and address information better, maintain function decline to the last unit and maintain system has to be constructed.The system may deployed to all mailing bureau.After the system would had constructed,the system can implement that name and address maintained and managed unification, the maintained information can normalized and other system must use information with plan. The system is very important to China post.This paper firstly deals with the requirements of the system and subsequently partition is into modules. Each module is discussed in detail. Software functions, software systems, database design, test and hardware configurations are also introduced in this paper. Besides presenting a thoroughly analyze, we also give notations of actual utilization for each module and technology. At last the condition of the running system is given. We also discuss some insufficiencies of the system to guarantee a complete picture for the reader.
