Comparing with previous manual management, this system characterized with operation flow path is more in reason, the speed of computing is more faster, errors is more less. Thought of whole program of this system is clear, various factors are considered. Applying control technology of transactions for adding, modifying and deleting of database, data losing aroused by outside factors be reduced effectively.At the present time, this system developed in this paper be applied in practice. The operating results prove that this system operates steadily and normally, the effects are all right. At the same time, the operation flow path is simplified greatly, saving human resource and improving management efficiency; it has application value for service management of set-top boxes, of course, because of the ability of the author is limited.
