With the rapid development of Internet technology in recent years, Web service is becoming a new-emerging computing model in the area of distributed computing. Web service wraps the application into a single entity and publishes it to the Internet to enable other applications to use it. It combines the component-oriented approach and the advantages of Web technology, is a new service-oriented architecture. In traditional Web services architecture, the centralized registration center storage service descriptions to ensure that all services registered to it can be retrieved. But with the sharp increase in the number of registration services, the architecture has a shortcoming of single point of failure and performance bottlenecks and other issues, thereby seriously affecting the Web service publishing and discovery efficiency.All nodes are in the same status in P2P network. The combination of P2P ideas and Web services can effectively solves a series of problems arising from centralized Web services. Each node either as a service provider to launch their own services, but also can serve as a demand to find and invoke the required services.In this paper, a Web service discovery model based on hierarchical P2P network is proposed for the problems of centralized Web service publishing and discovery.In the structured P2P network level, a layered network model is proposed for the deficiencies of traditional Chord network; so that the nodes of physical proximity can be located on the same domain in the logical overlay network. At the same time, PlanetSim is used to simulate the model. The simulation results show that this model can indeed effective in reducing the physical route between adjacent nodes in hops, which accelerates the searching speed between adjacent nodes.In the system topology, with regard to the problem of poor scalability of centralized topology, puts forward a P2P network to connect each register node to replace the traditional centralized UDDI registration methods, which increases the system's robustness and scalability. Finally, introduces the prototype implementation of PBWSM system.
