This text introduces a scheme of implement of the optical ports switch. The dissertation analyses and studies several arichitectures of Ether Access Network Technology EoF/WDM/RPR and the key point of physical and MAC layer of 100M/1000M Ether technologies, and gives some innovation, meanwhile specifies the systematic architecture design and software/hardware implementation of EoF devices using Virtex-5LXT FPGA research platform and EDK tools. The design method of optical ports switch based on FPGA in real-time system is analyzed in detail, which satisfies the requirement of real-time capability and simple circuit structure, improve transmission speed and reliability, and strengthen the compatibility with present systems. |
