| With the promotion of computer application in various fields and the improving levels of computer technology, the intelligence level is also growing in Chinese medical equipment industry. At present, in order to solve the shortcomings of monitoring liquid drip, this paper studies the strategy of liquid drip intelligent monitoring program, and designs better liquid drip intelligent monitoring system, which achieves a comprehensive intelligent and network management system.This paper focuses on intelligent monitoring technology in liquid drip. In order to improve the accuracy and stability of monitoring, ensure the safety of transfusion patients, this paper compares several monitoring strategies of liquid drip, and decides to use high-precision photo electric monitoring tool in the system. The micro-optical liquid level sensor ELS-950 was used to real-time monitoring in the system. It embeds a small OLED display in the terminal of system so that the patients could get the information in time. This paper explains in detail the characteristics of liquid level sensor, circuit design, and the display design of hardware and software.The terminal controller chip of system was W78E52B which is 8-bit CPU from the WinBond Company. The controller responsible for controlling the liquid level sensor ELS-950, OLED display, and the warning circuit, while the wired communication between wireless nodes and controller would be achieved by it. This paper descripts the features, internal resources of W78E52B in detail, and introduces the design way of the terminal control circuit.The Signal transmission is completed through the ZigBee wireless network technology. Considering ZigBee wireless technology, the characteristics and internal resources of the CC2430 chip, combined with the actual needs in this project, this paper builds a wireless transmission network, and designs a wireless transceiver module, and explains the software development process, in addition, the wireless transceiver module design and installation of equipment is also explained in this paper.The host computer system (Medical Monitor Center) sends and receives wireless network information of each terminal to achieve a comprehensive monitoring by the RS232 serial communication with network coordinator node. The article describes the functional modules of computer management system, and studies the establishment of the database and the management of patient's information.The design of liquid drip intelligent monitoring system still continues. Currently, the project has achieved the high precision liquid drip intelligent monitoring technology, completed the circuit design of wireless transmission based on the ZigBee technology, and realized the wireless transmission feature. Finally, it has an experiment for the completed part of the system. The experiment focuses on the monitoring of liquid drip, and explains the test results of wireless data transmission, while analysis and discussion of problems in the system.Liquid drip intelligent monitoring system using in the hospital, it will greatly increase the efficiency of medical management, reduce the patient's heart burden, and improve the security of medical drip. With the continuous promotion of computer applications, and continuously improving the digital and network of medical management, the successful development of this system will be widely used in medical field. |
