Present mine safety informational level is low, especially the underground locomotive transportation monitoring system, existing three problems. First, most of system are based on industrial bus, composing wired communication network, with roadway tunneling, wired network has deficiencies of spread ability, expansibility, flexibility. when cable fault happened on one point, it will cause all the system can not work normally. Second, present system use hardware such as rail count axel set to locomotive localization, it is not only expensive but also unreliable. Third, either wired network or wireless network, when more than two locomotives communicate to data receive device, the data receive device is difficult to choose one locomotive and communicate to it.Aimed at above two questions to study on wireless sensor network nodes which based on ZigBee used in intelligent Mine locomotive monitor system. Designing wireless node which based on CC2431and AT89C51RD2 MCU, with network organizing algorithm, nodes organizing network with point to point network, putting nodes on the roadway, the nodes can adding present self-organize network automatically, sending data to data receive node. And adding anti-collision algorithm, when more than one node together, the data receive node can communicate to anyone node. Using location algorithm, can realize locomotive location no need to add new device.Using CAN-bus to send data to monitoring center. Operators use master system can know running state and position of locomotive clearly and accurately, can control electric track pointer to realize the track choice of locomotive, let locomotive can run accordance with specified road, realizing transportation security scheduling intelligently. Improving reliability of system by self-organizing and healing network.
