Along with the reform and opening since 1970s, Chinese society has been an information society from a traditional society. Because of the acceleration of social change, leading to social stratification, and based on the social stratification ,spread of differentiation problems emerged. The peasant-workers in China are an important force in socialist construction and also they are the object of this paper. However for various reasons this particular social group is often neglected by the mass media, which resulted that peasant-workers has been "marginalized" in the mass media. the imbalance voice right of peasant-workers in media increasingly aroused attention. what appears in the current discussions on the issue of peasant-workers and operations, we hear the ideas and suggestions are from experts, professors, scholars, officials, and as the real beneficiaries of peasant-workers groups have their own interests in this relationship campaign keeping silence. Because of their status, uncertainty and instability of living places, peasant-workers form a relatively decentralized, lack of organization of social groups. In addition, because the traditional Chinese political structure of the system and the quality of the peasants themselves, they make the voices of peasant-workers is difficult to arouse attention, let alone high-level areas in the Chinese society of speech.Through practical research, the social contribution of peasant-workers and social status as the origin of the problem, combing related theory at home and abroad, defining social stratification criteria and the concept of dissemination , analyzing the phenomenon of voice imbalance of peasant-workers , revealing from a comprehensive perspective in communication and sociology to discourse the cause of imbalance of peasant-workers. Here are the following two conclusions:(A) The voice imbalance of peasant-workers can not be resolved overnight, it requires our entire community to work together, while the central part of the problem is our media should set the correct values, the media should report objectively treated object, and minimize the use of discriminatory terms. In this research, almost 581 peasant-workers thought that the media reported that more negative news about peasant-workers , while for the positive news is rarely reported. The media resources can not be market and business, and its ultimate goal can only be public welfare. Therefore, I believe that our media should vigorously improve media literacy, to uphold the traditional spirit of responsibility, reflect the original appearance of the event objectively and comprehensively rather than grandstanding.(B) Communication conflicts is the most direct effect caused by the spread of differentiation, and the most direct result of communication conflicts is the opposite of social contradictions. If society can not pay more attention to the problem of peasant-workers, this group will bound to have hostility towards to society, and the result of this vicious cycle is the extreme social behavior. If things continue this way, society will be difficult to stabilize. Comprehensive development of society is not simply decided by certain people and certain groups , and whether a society advanced or not often decided by the "bucket effect." Mass communication of information to meet the needs of the people, if only to meet the needs of minorities while ignoring the overwhelming majority of the population, it lost the essence of mass communication. The media discrimination is not only communication problem, but also economic, social, political and cultural factors cross formation. In order to eliminate the media discrimination and build a harmonious environment of communication, depending on the government, the media and society to work together.
