| Close to end of exploiting period of heavy oil, it's usually adopting separate steam injection for enhancing oil recovery effectively. The factors determining processing effect of the separate steam injection are the mathematical model establishment between steam injection parameters and reservoir characteristics and the performance of oil well tools during steam injecting, it's also the highlight of separate steam injection process research around the world.This article mainly introduced the study on some technology used in a Testing system of separate steam injection, including exerting testing condition of high temperature and high pressure, achieving the process of separate steam injection indoor and measuring performance parameters of oil well tools. This measuring and controlling system can provide effective testing platform and reliable experiment data for the design of new tools and study of advanced production process.This dissertation included the following work:1. Combined with the specific testing requirements of LiaoHe oil field; Completed the measuring and controlling software and hardware development suitable for high temperature and high pressure testing system.2. Established the whole testing system based on virtual instrument design concept. Selected and purchased the front-end sensing devices and back-end actuator according to the specific requirements for testing system.3. Completed the design of measuring and control system with slave-host computers; established the hardware structure of the slave computer measuring and controlling system and realized each function module. Finished the measuring and controlling software development based on Visual Basic platform and Microsoft Access database. It achieved testing parameters displaying, testing process controlling, UI interface, data storage and analysis, network communication and safety stop warning.4. Adjusted and tested the controlling system overall, verified the system is stable, reliable, can meet with the testing requirements. |
