Course labratories is one of the key links for the engineering student to access to knowledge The measurement and control of level, pressure, flow and temperature are the important content of undergraduate student course "Fundamental of Measurement Technology" This thesis, designed a comprehensive experimental apparatus which has been demionstrated to be a meaningful assistance for the cource teaching. of "Fundamental of Measurement Technology"The synthetic experimental apparatus emulating industrial process measurement and control has been designed for the laboratories of undergraduate course Measurement Technique, which is composed of circulating pipe system and computer based measurement and control system. The apparatus is applicable for conducting experiments including measurement and control of level, pressure, flow and temperature, calibration of flow cell, and making a comprehensive understanding of the features and the application of various flow cells. LabVIEW is used for software developing to implement data acquisition, data processing, control and communication.The level control strategy is analyzed in detail,the experiment of parameter tuning of PID and the feed forward control have been designed for the purpose of integrating knowledge of measurement and control theory.
