| Hardware-in-loop simulation technology is close to real experiment instruments and low-cost, It will be an important research direction of simulation technology in the future. LabVIEW is a powerful graphical programming software, compared with the traditional programming software, LabVIEW is more efficient and better support hardware. This software is widely used in measurement and control areas and will be one of the most promising software. This paper based on LabVIEW software and THJ-2-type process control experimental device developed a process control experimental platform which can be used for both digital simulation and real-time control, This paper completed the following work:1.Using laboratory THJ-2-type process control device constructed experimental platform hardware. As I7000 intelligent module are non-NI product, LabVIEW software does not provide drivers. This paper completed a LabVIEW software system and I7000 device communications module design.2. System software is divided into various functional modules, including storage module, parameter setting module, the login module, help modules and so on.3. Some experiments were designed in this experimental platform, such as test of the water tank features, conventional PID control experiment, cascade control, fuzzy control and other experiments. Each experiment is composed by real-time control experiment and simulation experiment. Users do not have to use other software, and simulation can enable users to quickly master the experiment. Real-time experiment Promote understanding of the experiment of users.The experiment platform is open and has a good interface. It provides the simulation and the real-time control experiment environment for courses of "Automatic Control Theory" and "Process control system" and so on .At the same time it can be a suitable hardware in-the-loop experimental platform for advanced control theory 's research. |
