The Research Of Solution To Wireless Coverage And Traffic Important Crowded Area

The mobile communication business has developed rapidly in China in the recent years. The increasing number of mobile subscriber is now challenging the traffic capacity and the coverage of the network, especially in mega event area, for instance, in the area of F1 race, concerts, World Expo, sports stadiums. In these areas, the coverage and the capacity has become the top issue to be solved. the mega event area usually requires a higher standard of communication coverage. It means the network should cover not only the indoor and outdoor area but also the basement, elevators and other "blind spots". The development of data services also requires a higher standard of communication coverage. On the other hand, in mega event area, the traffic congestion has become the top issue to be solved. The traffic congestion, not only results in complaints from subscribers but also affects the safety of network and traffic absorption.In general, temporary capacity expansion, provision emergency communication vehicle and building temporary sites are the solutions to network coverage and capacity. These solutions can solve some problems of sudden, but they are not longtime solutions. From the point of view of the network construction, the business demand of mega event area, construction scale, networking planning, design of the trunking system and integrated support system have been researched in this paper, which provides solutions to network coverage and capacity in the mega event area. Meanwhile the feasibility of solutions has been analyzed with cases.
