Research On Workflow Technology And Application In The Enrollment System

Workflow technology is a key technology to process modeling and process management.It can be combined with other business management systems,such as electronic government system,project management system,customer relationship management system,supply chain management system,enterprise resources planning system,and so on.They are more flexible than the common application management systems.Web services based on the JBPM(Java Business Process Management) technology can wok well for business work flow to deal with the practical requirements,and has become a trend.JBPM is a flexible and easy extension of the open-source workflow management system,and a lightweightJ2EE-based workflow management system.This thesis chooses the workflow management system JBPM as the research target,introduces the structure and component of JBPM system.Analysis of the JBPM workflow engine processes the definition of concepts such as context analysis and the implementation of JBPM process.My analysis focuses on the workflow task allocation model.Found through research,JBPM assignment has two modes:push mode and pull model,which achieves simply the distribution of individual and groups, and has no allocation strategy.Single function and can not be effective and reasonable to meet the needs of practical applications.Demand for the practical application of the project,in order to make the application better in JBPM actual project,his thesis studies in-depth the strategy of task allocation methods,expends and improves the allocation strategy based on the need.Made the correlation based on the task allocation strategy for model and gave the correlation be-level control.Use improved task allocation strategy in the existing enrollment system.The strategy to improve work flow in other systems can be applied too.Finally,it carries out the workflow management system constructed by combining JBPM with J2EE to the admissions system,introduces the business description,total flame,system function,developmental platform and partial implementation etc.By testing the system,it verifies the improved task allocation strategy in enrollment system effectiveness and feasibility.
