Analysis And Design On Cadre Management Information System Of Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company

Cadre management informationization is a necessary requirement of modern management in Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company, this paper is to design a cadre management information system. In this paper, based on the survey of status in quo of cadre management in Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company, systematic needs analysis is done, including business requirements, functional requirements and performance requirements. Based on the results of needs analysis, functional design and system architecture is designed. Then business functional modules are designed in detail. Finally, the database and table structures are constructed. The system concludes cadre information, assess, train, appoint and remove, prepare, censor based on the C/S structure. This design can lay the foundation for the company's actual development of the cadre management information system.
