With the rapid development of the artifical intelligence and the computer technology, the expert system got unprecedented attention on the professions, which in agriculture, commerce, chemical, communication, medical and so on many domains. At the same time, the field of medical image as pathological diagnosis patient, now reling on the image of human recognition pathology exists the way of subjectivity and the influence factors for diagnosis. Accordingly, the expert system based on neural network and fuzzy recognition and image processing techniques applied in pathologic diagnosis of image is a very important significance. Based on the analysis of characteristics and pathological image extracted as the foundation, by using artificial neural network combined with expert system with dynamic system identification, modeling and control for the design ideas and design realized based on pathology diagnosis of image of artificial neural network expert system.This study proposes the following:(1) In this paper summarizes the application of artificial intelligence in the medical diagnosis on the research situation and development direction, and discussed based on the pathological diagnosis expert system design of the image of the background and significance of the development.(2) The artificial neural networks is studied in this paper, the basic principle of expert system, and analyzes its basic structure extends to the artificial neural network algorithm, and then multi-layer analysis of network error back propagation learning algorithm.(3) This paper realized based on pathology diagnosis expert system of image needs analysis, general framework design, In the general structure, based on the analysis of expert system, and makes a detailed design drawing out the system design principle and graph, function module and business flow, The system efficiency and friendly interface, and on the basis of Visual C++ with selected as a development platform, and with SQL Server 2000 as database platform development pathological image diagnosis expert system. (4) Based on image processing and extraction of pathologic characteristics of data analysis, the system of data storage and read, using object-oriented design method, using the current mainstream development technology, complete system of main frame, data file access and ADO component software design database access, based on artificial neural network, pathological diagnosis expert system image, Realizing the initialization of expert system, patients' medical records recorded, expert system training and pathological diagnosis and print image diagnosis report etc. Function.(5) This paper has realized the pathological image diagnosis expert system operation and test, for administrators, doctors, different user groups, according to user requirements, the system of business process etc. Various functional modules of the system is tested and analyzed.
