The deep complexity of the electronic equipment brings out a high command for its maintenance and repair. From the statistic number we can learn that there are eighty percent fault resulted from analog circuit. So it is very imperative for the maintenance and repair about the analog circuit to be put in practice.It was in the 1960's that the fault diagnosis of the analog circuit was studied in the military field for the first time. Some performances in the theory and realization have been achieved in a certain degree. At the basis of the former accomplishment, I combine the electronic measurement with the artificial intelligence in the system's organizing and designing. The fault diagnosis of the analog circuit's software interface is been developed, which includes the automeasurement module and fault diagnosis module. The interface makes the two functional module run accordantly. If a test program is loaded into the software interface, the corresponding circuit will be measured automatically. In the same time the fault message can be seen through the interface.In the method of the analog circuit's intelligent fault diagnosis, the detail techniques of the expert system and artificial neural network are introduced in the thesis. The possibility about the combination of the two techniques is get further discussed. The designing method and realization project of expert system based on artificial neural network are introduced in full details. In the development of the test program, I adopt the method of fault dictionary which based on artificial neural network. To improve the system's comprehensive performance, a few commands are brought forward in the thesis, such as the date redundancy, the maintenance of the test program.
