Remote Equipment Fault Diagnosis Expert System

In this paper, the total frame of the Expert System for RotatingMachinery and the way of its realization is clarified, based on thetechnology of expert system and computer science and analysing themechanism and character of typical faults. The paper focuses on theobtaining and expressing way of the expert system'knowledge. Bycomparing these methods, the way of expressing expert system based onproduced rule is provided. In the aspect of knowledge obtaining, two kindsof expressing way are provided: Manual obtaining and machinery learning.The paper also introduces the theory of Rough Sets technology in datamining and application in machine learning. At the same time, forwardreasoning measure and back reasoning measure suited to the system are putforward. Controlling measure of both and the combining method of tworeasoning measures are put forward too. Visual Studio.Net is used in the system as developing environment,and Visual C++.Net,HTML,JAVA SCRIPT , ASP together as developing tools,which perfectly combines developing efficiency and running efficiency. MS SQL SERVER is used to realize database, and OLE DB technology basedon COM to operate database. The feature of OLE DB and the technology ofit'programming are also analysed.
