The application of plasma has a vast prospect on industry and military. Plasma generator is the main supply of plasma equipment. But a power supply that is able to generate fast rise time and high repetition rate pulses is needed for plasma generators,excimer laser and laser beam weapons.This domestic and foreign literature in a wide range of reading and in-depth study of existing technology based on switch power supply, with the switching power supply for the plasma study, the pressure regulator from the power circuit topology structure, regulator circuit output voltage ripple and pulse steep of technology, Circuit-related technology, the system carried out to explore and study the following:Firstly, plasma switching power supply regulator circuit is good or bad performance of its power the key to the topological structure of the power supply will directly affect performance. In thesis, the main circuit structure of a large number of simulation analysis, such as voltage regulation converter, magnetic switch core model, the steep gradient compression system circuit, thereby reducing research costs, faster, higher and better results of scientific research.
