In the modern democratic society,the relationship between public opinion and politics has always been complementary to each other. For china,which is in a social transitional period,internet public opinion play an increasingly important role,at the same time,it is also deeply impact on the process of democratic political development in China. Therefore,if pepole could concern about the internet public opinion,explore the impact of China's current democratic political development,it will be good for our research on the china's network media ecology.Furthermore, some people have been exaggerated the positive side of internet public opinion,they hold the view that it will bring about revolutionary democracy to China's current development. In contrast,some people have been exaggerated the negative side of internet public opinion,they believed that it is just called'The virtual world of self-carnival'. how could this be?That because we do not have the internet public opinion combined with China's reality conditions. On account of this, The writer of this paper hope that she could deeply consider about our real society, perspective on internet public opinion, and analyze the two-sidedness. If it is possible, some advice could be proposed about China's current democracy for sustainable development in the internet era. This article would not be get entangled in previous arguments,The author have planed to take a fresh look about internet public opinion in china,and definite the utility and limits.This paper based on information rights, expression rights,participation rights, and supervision rights. As an entry point, this paper around three areas: political participation, political oversight,and public policy. Through the analysis of China's internet public opinion, it would give the view about the internet public opinion impact of China's democratic politics, and these effects to the changes brought about by China's democratic politics. This full-text is divided into five parts, among the rest, the second chapter and the third chapter is the one of the most important part of this paper. Specific framework for the following:Introduction part: the key content of this part includes the study of the origin, significance and the relevance of research methods.Chapter one: the key content of this part includes the definition of internet public opinion and democracy,network of public opinion in the course of development in China,and the definition of our democracy, which based on the political function, the value point of view.Chapter two: the key content of this part includes the overview of China's current democratic political development, as well as the challenges facing, The autor will plan to analysize the hot public issue through the current network events,and give her view of the network implicated in the positive elements of public opinion. Furthermore,The author would analysize these positive factors on China's current impact of democracy, discuss the way of using the network platform,which is very important for our socialist democracy construction.Chapter three: the key content of this part includes the analysis of China's current negative effects of democracy,which have been arisen from the internet public opinion in china. On the otherhand, The author will interpretate the reason of this phenomenon,give some suggestion about restricting the negative effects.Conclusion part: In this part, The author will summarize the whole paper. It can not be denied that the internet public opinion on the value of China's current democratic political development,and on the other hand, internet public opinion is still at the periphery of the core of democratic political development in China. However, from the public opinion of network, Chinese pepole can see the development of our public sector and civil society, and also foresee a high degree of accelerated towards the bright future of socialist democratic politics.
