| Live broadcasting is generally acknowledged to be primary method of informationcommunication on the advent of TV. With audiovisual technology and news editing skillsprogressing rapidly, TV live show faded out of public sight for a short time. Nowadays, newagencies at home or abroad deepen the concept of live news with the development andpractice of journalism enterprise, which focuses on the significant value of live news to beeffective way of news reporting. Especially for some influential international news agencies,such as CNN, which operate successfully the idea that “News is live”, media staff and TVaudiences are attracted by the charm of live news——freshness，high-suspense, interactivity,strengthening the synchronic link with news accidents, TV media and audiences, which showsthe public service role of TV and arouse emotional and cognitive resonance of all. From somesense, live news broadcasting should be comprehended to be news idea implemented in newsreporting. Till now, CCTV-news (also CCTV-13) has been through ten-year explorations andchanges, in which live news broadcasting is a key clue for the study. Firstly, with the presentmedia ecology environment background of live broadcasting, the study on the developmenttrails of CCTV-news news live broadcasting is done to show the micro-overview. Secondly,case study on live news program Live News (Xin Wen Zhi Bo Jian), added with case andstatistics analysis, provides a micro-scope over the form, content and characteristics of livenews broadcasting. Then, all above evoke the quest for the significance of live newsbroadcasting to CCTV-news. However, there is no doubt that CCTV-news is also confrontedwith deficiencies in idea cultivation, mode creation and system construction during theten-year experiences of live news broadcasting. Therefore, directed by innovative ideasoperation, scientific resource management and systematic platform establishment,CCTV-news could be bound to initiate a favorable way to live news broadcasting inaccordance with both news communication disciplines and news market trends. |
