| The surface mounting machine is an electricity manufacturing machine, which contains the highest technology among the SMT devices and has the most impact on the ability and efficiency of the integrate assembly. It is a complex system mixed with optics, mechanism, electric and the pneumatic, however, this device and technology is still seized in the hands of developed countries, which highly restricts our electricity manufacturing. This research uses the QSP-2 surface mounting machine, imported in the year of 1995 and got ruined in 2005, as the mechanical platform, mounts new control hardware, designs interface circus, and edits program for the hardware. After hundreds of experiments and debugging, the regulation and control for the electric and pneumatic system of the surface mounting machine is completed. |
