With the improving of requirements of automatic controlling and the network being popularization, the research to quality-monitored system in manufacturing process based on network environment is a inevitable trend in present controlling field. Quality-monitored system based on network is a new method which can monitor the whole manufacturing process. The method is helpful to improve the productivity, competitive power of product in market and reduce the cost of production. The system is popular among the enterprises and is being high use value.In order to improve the level of auto-controlling and supervising in a certain pharmacy enterprise,the thesis takes the manufacturing workshop and quality-checked workshop in the enterprise as research background and application field to design the quality-monitored system based on network. The system includes the following modules:the data acquisition,data transmission,data monitor,data analysis,data comparison,data query,off-limit alarm and network distribution.Based on data-acquisition chip RM417,sensor about temperature and pressure and transmission medium RS-485,USB,the modules of data acquisition and data transmission are designed.When system is working, the parameters acquisition, being stored in database QDYY through hand-recording or automatic saving, are displayed and modified through client interface. Applying the software development technology and database technology, the system makes the modules-desinged come true in which the processing parameters such as water-parameters,sterilization-parameters and air-parameters are monitored, analysed,compared,queried and off-limit alarm.Through the client interface, the operator can do relevant operatings conveniently. Through the network communication technology,the data can be distributed abroad so as to make the supervisors,besides on-the-spot operators, can log on the system with the different limits to monitor the situation on site.The modules, which are come true, can make the employees identify the problem on quality in manufacturing process and the problem being identified can be resolved timely and efficiently.
